    On 10 March 2025, Council approved a site-specific Development Control Plan (DCP) and Planning Agreement applying to land at 171 & 173, 181-185, 187 Parramatta Road, and 58, 60 & 64 Victoria Street, Granville. The DCP came into effect on 27 May 2025 and has been inserted to Part 8 – Centres, Precincts, Special Character Areas & Specific Sites of the existing Parramatta Development Control Plan 2023.
