Public Exhibition of Planning Proposal, draft Development Control Plan and draft Planning Agreement for 90-96 Phillip Street, Parramatta

The amendments to the planning controls for 90-96 Phillip Street, Parramatta proposed in the publicly exhibited Planning Proposal formally took effect on Friday, 10 April 2026. This occurred upon notification of Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 2023 (Amendment No. 20) on the NSW legislation website. See link below:
