On 22 June 2026, Council resolved to endorse public exhibition of updates to 2026/27 Fees and Charges relating to Recreation Facilities and Programs. These include:
i. New fees enabling seasonal pickleball court hire
ii. Amended fees relating to the re-grading of various sporting fields
iii. Addition of fees for the new Robin Thomas Reserve Meeting Room.
Background
The new charges are proposed following recent, or soon to be completed improvements to the sports grounds and facilities listed in the exhibition. These improvements were identified and actioned as part of the adopted Sportsground Strategy and Action Plan. The upgrades have prompted regrading of facilities within the 2026/27 fee schedule.
