Improving access, comfort and facilities for the community
City of Parramatta is upgrading the amenities building at Sherwin Park to provide better facilities for the local community and park users.
The upgrade will help make Sherwin Park more accessible, comfortable and welcoming for everyone who uses the space.
The new amenities building will include accessible toilets, modern fixtures, energy-efficient lighting and improved ventilation.
Works are planned to start in late September 2026. The new building is expected to reopen in January 2027, weather and site conditions permitting.
We appreciate the community’s patience while these works are underway and look forward to delivering improved facilities for everyone to enjoy.
