Construction of a new roundabout at the intersection of Moseley Street and Young Road, Carlingford will begin in the week commencing 2 November 2026. The project is being delivered by the City of Parramatta to improve traffic flow and road safety for all road users. Construction is expected to take approximately eight weeks to complete, subject to weather conditions.
Work will generally be carried out from 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm on Saturdays. Residents and road users may experience some temporary disruptions while work is underway.
