City of Parramatta Council has received a request from the Maronite Catholic Parish of Our Lady of Lebanon College in Harris Park, to temporarily remove time-restricted parking on streets surrounding the school for a period of two years, during upgrades to the college site. The College site upgrades include the construction of an underground carpark.

Affected streets
The proposal would affect the following streets:
- Alice Street (between Harris Street and Arthur Street)
- Weston Street (between Harris Street and Arthur Street)
- Crown Street
- Prospect Street (between Good Street and Arthur Street)
- Good Street (between Alice Street and Prospect/Crown Street)
- Alfred Street (between Alice Street and Prospect Street)
- Arthur Street (between Alice Street and Prospect Street)
The aim is to allow on-street parking for staff at the Maronite College, while the college constructs new facilities including an underground carpark. Council is inviting the community to share feedback.
