    NSW Government rezoning for the Parramatta North precinct is now finalised.

    The Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) finalised a State-led rezoning for the Parramatta North precinct on 7 August 2026 – click here for more information.

    City of Parramatta Council endorsed and submitted feedback on the a NSW Government rezoning for the Parramatta North precinct when the State-led rezoning was exhibited as a draft. Council’s submission can be found under the Resources heading to the right of this page.
