Centres Review Community Survey

Providing feedback on your local shops!

Every two years, the City of Parramatta Council invites our community to complete a Centres Review Survey to help us understand how local shopping centres or shopping strips are doing and where improvements might be needed.

What is the 'Centres Review'?

The Review of Local, Neighbourhood, Village and Town Centres (Centres Review) is a holistic process to measure the ‘health’ of each centre and is used to produce an integrated neighbourhood program of projects that is run every two years by City of Parramatta Council.

The 2026/27- 2027/28 review consists of 56 different town centres, urban villages, local and neighbourhood centres across the Parramatta Local Government Area (LGA).

Information gathered from each Centres Review is used to inform Council's Better Neighbourhood Program (BNP), which is a long-running and successful Council program that focuses on capital upgrades of local centres outside of the Parramatta CBD. The BNP commenced in 1999 and delivers improvements to centres with the goal of enhancing safety, vitality and economic prosperity.
