The installation of the first-floor awning on the roof of the new amenities building is a significant construction milestone. Along with the completion of the waterproofing of the landscape area and the sub soil drainage for the mass planting area that leads from street level to the first-floor awning, the new amenities building is on track to be open to the sporting clubs and public by the end of 2026, weather permitting.
