  • Project Update - September 2025

    On 8 September 2025, Council adopted the Carlingford Parklands Landscape Design Plan, bringing exciting upgrades to Thallon St Reserve East and West, Shirley St Reserve, and Lloyds Ave Reserves. The final plan includes new multi-use courts, fitness stations, a themed playspace, shaded seating, shelter, lighting, increased tree planting, and more.
